Walking in Beauly

There are literally hundreds of walks in the local area. Leaflets and brochures in Beauly, Inverness and Cannich will point you in the right direction. Glen Affric is a designated "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty" and Glen Strathfarrar and the hydro-electric dam at Mullardoch are also well worth a visit.

Less strenuous walks in the village include Cnoc-na Rath, the River Path and a riverside walk to the Priory.
